I have completed Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with MSN Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York. I have 7 years Peds/PICU & Education experience with the tasks and responsibilities focusing on:
• Planning, supervising, implementing and evaluating Nursing Education systems, programs, projects, and policies that promote and support the accomplishment of educational goals
• Coordinating activities focusing on new hire orientation
• Participating in departmental performance improvement activities
• Maintaining department records for area of assignment
• Conducting and participating in meetings related to area of assignment
• Participating in the development of other staff members
• Meeting regulatory, licensure and annual health assessment requirements
• Identifying learning strengths and needs
• Identifying and designing programs that facilitate organizational development
• Determining educational needs of the nurse education managers
• Developing and implementing learning packages, presentations, and other educational materials
• Encouraging and fostering participation, involvement, and cooperation
• Selecting appropriate instructional strategies for educational programs
• Interacting with Doctors, Nurses, Techs, etc.

In addition to my extensive experience, I have Demonstrated ability to perform clinical/technical/service/administrative tasks, Strong leadership skills. My broad background makes me an excellent candidate for Nurse Educator position.
